Gay Football Supporters Network (GFSN)

GFSN aims to keep lesbian and gay football supporters in touch across the country via a newsletter and regional socials, plus an annual Xmas meal and summer get-together.

Yorkshire Terriers FC

We welcome both men and women who want to play football in a relaxed, mixed environment - all ages and abilities encouraged, lesbian, gay and gay-friendly. Current players are drawn from all parts of North, South, East and West Yorkshire - including Leeds, Sheffield, Bradford, York, Doncaster, Wakefield and Barnsley.


Leicester Wildecats FC

Gay and lesbian football team attracting players from across the Midlands. People of all abilities are welcome to join. Practices every Tuesday.


Brighton Bandits FC

Mixed gay and lesbian football team made up of players from Brighton and the South Coast. Wecoming a wide range of ages and abilities, they play socially every Wednesday evening in Brighton.


Bristol Panthers FC

The Panthers are the only gay and lesbian football club in the South-West of England and play regularly, every Tuesday evening in Bristol. Welcome new members of all abilities, age, gender, race and sexual orientation.


London Leftfooters

Gay and lesbian football team attracting players from London and the South East. Meet and play every other Sunday afternoon in Regent's Park, London, using traditional "jumpers for goalposts".

The terriers support the Leftfooters' bid to host the 2008 gay world cup -


Phoenix United Women's Football Club (London)

Formed in 1994 as an out-lesbian team to encourage and welcome all women to enjoy friendly, competitive football.


Freedom Glads WFC (London)

Lesbian football team based in Hackney and playing in Division One of the Greater London Regional Womens League.


Village Manchester FC

Gay football team who currently play regular 11-a-side Sunday football in the Manchester Accountants League.


Stonewall FC (London)

Gay football club based in London involved in 11-a-side and 5-a-side games. Three teams according to level of play.


Birmingham Blaze

Gay football club based in Birmingham. Hopefully joining the GFSN league soon.


Gay Football Club BournemouthFormed in the summer of 2005 in order to give gay footballers in the Bournemouth area the chance to play the game with like-minded people on a regular basis.


London Lesbian Kickabouts

Promotes friendly football games for lesbians in London and the South East, organising around ten kickabouts a month in five different locations.

Hackney Women's Football Club

The first totally women run team and the first predominantly lesbian team in London - formed 1986.


Manchester Stingers Women's Football Club

Set up in 1998 through an initiative with the Lesbian Community Project with the aim of encouraging women, especially lesbians, into sport


Chorlton Wheelies FC (Manchester)

Women's 11-a-side team who also compete in the Vida 5-a-side league

Yorkshire Terriers is a mixed gender club and are always keen to welcome female players and to support women's football generally.
